The creation of your meeting slots has to be done through an excel sheet that you can send to event@swapcard.com

Thanks to the excel sheet, define what time meetings are able to be scheduled, the location of the meeting and who can take meetings.

Eg :

Time
From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every 30mn - Exhibitors only
From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM every 15mn - All (Exhibitors + Attendees + Speakers)

Place & Category
Intérieur : Lounge - Restaurant
Extérieur : Main plaza - Food Truck
