How to: attach a document to a Session

It is interesting and useful for your attendees to be able to attach documents to sessions of the program: presentations, pictures, documents, etc. The maximum size of the file can be up to 30 MB.

1) Attach an existing document

  • Go to "Data > Sessions " and display the details of the chosen session

  • Click on the 6th tab (Documents) and search for the document you want to attach. And there you go!

2) Attach a new document

  • Go to "Data > Sessions " and display the details of the chosen session

  • Click on the 6th tab (Documents) and "Create new"

  • Import the document and it's done!
