How to set a limit of participants per session ?
There are two ways to set a limit of participants to each session of your Program. First, if you use an Excel file to add your session to your event, you can fill in the column "attendees limit" with the number of attendees you want in each session. Second, you can do it directly from the organizer interface. How to choose the order of appearance of the speakers of a session ?
By default, speakers appear in the order they were added to the session. If you want to change that order, simply use the little tool next to the recycle bin icon to move speakers up or down the list. Event data > Program > Session > Speakers
