How to export data
You can download the last lists of exhibitors, attendees, speakers and the program from the organizer interface. If attendees complete their profile and add information you previously didn't know, these information will not be shown for privacy issues.

Can my colleagues manage my event as well?
It's totally possible if you share an account. You can simultaneously modify the event information and it will be saved automatically. That's why we advise you to create your account with a generic email such as firstname.lastname@example.org and a generic password that you can easily remember and share. (Multi-admin management is coming !)
Does the app work offline ?
As of today, only some parts of the app are available offline: The event page The program The list of exhibitors
When is the platform available to participants ?
Your event is available on the app once the first email (introduction email) is sent.
How to modify my account preferences
Go to app.swapcard.com, then click on the little gear on the top right corner. You'll land on the Settings page and there, you'll be able to manage your account :)
How to add features
To simplify your life, we just added the possibility to try all of our features thanks to our Trial Mode. If one of the features you tried is to your liking, please contact us to get a pricing :) . Features on Trial are only visible to the event organizer

Go to myevent.swapcard.com and use your id and password to log in your account
How to create several events simultaneously
On the organizer interface (myevent.swapcard.com), click on the Swapcard logo (top left corner) then click on Create an event on the top right corner. It's that simple !
What if the attendees don't want to download the app?
No worries ! The web app is there for them ! Participants can join the event from the website and benefit from a suitable user interface to fully enjoy our tools. The web app is accessible here
What is "My visit"
My visit is a key feature of the app allowing people to plan their visit. By bookmarking (clicking on the little "star") the session you want to attend or the exhibitor you want to meet, attendees can easily find their favorite information in My visit. Furthermore, My visit allows them to get access to the attendees they've met during the event
