How to set up meeting slots?
The creation of your meeting slots has to be done through an excel sheet that you can send to firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks to the excel sheet, define what time meetings are able to be scheduled, the location of the meeting and who can take meetings. Who defines meeting slots ?
Organizers are the one who choose the possible meeting slots during an event. They can select time slots but also who can book meetings during those slots. Once the meetings slots are defined by the organizer, users can then select the meeting slots when they will be available or not.
When are the meeting slots visible ?
Once the meeting slots are defined by the organizer, every user will have access to his/her meeting slot within 30min.
What happens if I book a meeting with a user ?
The user you want to have a meeting with will immediately receive a notification summing the information of the meeting: time, place and your message. If the person you want a meeting with isn't using the app, they will receive, within 6 hours, an email summing all meeting requests received during this time.
