Who can download the app ?
Anyone with a phone working under iOS or Android and certain Windows phones Your phone doesn't support the app ? No worries ! Our web app is responsive and will adapt easily to your smartphone's screen
How do participants join events ?
We pre-create an account for each participants of your event. Once invitation emails are sent, participants will receive it and be asked if they want to join the event. By clicking on the link in the email, they access their pre-configured account and can then edit their profile information as well as visit the event's page.
How to add features to your event ?
Swapcard recently developed the Trial mode so that you can test our tools easily If you take a liking to a feature, you just need to ask it to be activated and it will be added to your budget
What languages are available ?
As of today, Swapcard is available in French, English and Spanish. German should be available shortly.
Is it possible to create a White Label app ?
