Go to the Event Settings section in the Studio and select Integrations. If you have already set up a ticketing tool for your event, you will be able to refresh the synchronization, pause it or delete it.
It is useful to refresh the synchronization if you have added tickets to your registration form that did not exist when you added your ticketing tool to your Swapcard event.
Similarly, if there is a problem with integration and you want to interrupt it, you can either pause or delete it.
When importing Custom fields, they must be set as "non-editable" for the synchronization to work.
