Go to the "Event Settings" tab and then click on “Integration." From this screen, you can then refresh the synchronization, pause it or delete it.
It is useful to refresh the synchronization if you have added tickets to your registration form that did not exist when you added your ticketing tool to your Swapcard event.
Similarly, if there is a problem with integration and you want to interrupt it, you can either pause or delete it.
