The timezone defines the date and time of the emails, the time of your event, the time of the sessions of your program, as well as the time of the Push Notifications.
That's why it's important to define the time zone corresponding to your event.
All dates and times are displayed in the event timezone. If the organizer changes the event timezone after users performed some actions tracked by the system, the time of these actions will be displayed in the reports in the previous event timezone. For example, in the Streaming report - if the organizer changed the timezone after the session has been watched, the First start date watching and Last end date watching won’t reflect the changes and be displayed in the previous event timezone.
Regarding the language, the default one is English, but you can have as many languages as you like (the ones displayed on the Swapcard settings page).
If you choose more than one language besides English, you must do the translation manually because the platform would not auto translate.
These two parameters can be set up in the "Event Settings > General" tab:
You have the option to set multiple content languages, in addition to the default content language. Thus, you will have the possibility of translating a multitude of content, and in particular those for which a flag is displayed at the right end of the text field:
You can set the multi-language functionality in the "Event Settings >General" tab:
Note* if you change the default content language after making changes to the emails content, they will be lost.
