Table of content:
Back of the badge:
What will all participants surely have in common? A badge!
On the back of it, you can display a visual explaining how to scan badges and connect with other visitors using Swapcard.
This visual is available to download in our Help Center: How to get communication visuals?
Event Staff:
The easiest way for a participant to get an answer to his or her question is to ask the nearest staff member.
Train your teammates and hostesses, and offer them the right tools to give visitors immediate and accurate answers.
The search function in the application will help them find the information they need.

Presentation:
During the opening speech of your event, mention Swapcard and encourage your participants to use the app.
Encourage your speakers to interact with their audience through the app and connect with the attendees at the end of their session.

Help Desk:
Be careful, this suggestion is part of the Premium Service. It therefore means an additional cost.
If you are interested in this option, do not hesitate to contact your Project Manager or send an email to event@swapcard.com
You can ask one of our project managers to be present at your event to answer all your participants' questions.
By setting up a stand for the application, you increase your chances of maximizing your usage and satisfaction rate.

Screen display:
The Swapcard team can provide you with visuals to display on the screens and slides of your event to inform your participants at any time of the existence of the application.

Networking Zones:
Having a dedicated networking area is a good way to increase the rate of use and engagement among your participants.
They can thus find each other and exchange easily.
