As a premium member of Swapcard, you should have access to the Analytics module which can be reached through the Events Studio: Event Studio > Analytics

Available reports
If you have purchased a premium package with Swapcard, you will gain access to export all of the detailed analytics for your event.
Steps: Event Studio > Analytics > Export Detailed Statistics > Select your report and date range.
Reports explained
- General Metrics: You will find the following detailed data in this report:
- Usage Summary
- Usage per day
- Networking Summary
- Detail per user
- Detail per exhibitor
- Session registration and feedback: List of people registered for the sessions, with their ratings and comments if any.
- Poll answers: List of people who responded to polls in sessions. These can be exported for a specific session or all sessions. Poll results can be exported via the Analytics tab, as well as via the live discussion in the polls tab.
- Video Streaming on Session Views: List of people who watched the streaming videos on the sessions, with dates and durations.
- Roundtables: List of people who joined roundtables, with dates.
- Exhibitors' pages, ads, docs, and items views and bookmarks - List of people who have seen or bookmarked the exhibitors or their items, seen or clicked into their ads, or downloaded their documents.
- Event home's Ads views and clicks - List of people who have seen or clicked on the advertisements of the event home.
- Event home's sponsors clicks - List of people who clicked on the sponsors of the event home.
Disclaimer: Regarding the inconsistency of usage - Details per user is more precise, as the sum is an approximation. We use specific algorithms to keep the performance fast enough, but because of this we provide 98-98% accuracy only. Which is not too bad, and you can notice it for huge events only. So, in this example, it is less than 0.5% difference which we consider as an allowable error.
