The email manager plays a key role in your communication strategy on the platform.
It will allow you to solicit people participating in your event: good communication with this feature will allow you to reach all concerned people in order to have a good usage rate and therefore more interactions during your event.
Do not hesitate to spend time on your emails because they are essential, they will encourage your participants to connect to their account and make them understand the utility of a networking platform.
You will be able to view the different emails you have to send from the platform.
The platform sends different emails to Attendees, Exhibitors and Speakers as well as reminders and follow-ups.
At the top right you have the possibility to activate all emails, or you can select them and activate them one by one.
The predefined date is 10 days before the event for invitation emails and 3 days before for reminders.
Feel free to change the sending dates if you wish!
Warning: If you activate the emails after the sending dates have already passed, the emails will be sent directly!
