Understanding field mapping
Updated over a week ago

Field mapping is used when you synchronize Swapcard with a ticketing tool (for example, Eventbrite).

How to

There, under Event Builder > Integrations you will find all the questions asked in your form and can decide whether or not to import them with the corresponding Swapcard fields. You have the choice of what you want to import.

Importing as "not visible"

If you wish, you can import all Participants of a ticket as "not visible". This can be useful, for example, if the ticket concerns the integration of your VIPs.

It is also possible to import information from your ticketing tool into several fields on Swapcard fields. To do this, click on the icon to the right of the Swapcard field to double the correspondence of the field concerned (see example below).

Once you have finished mapping all of your desired fields, you can then click on Do not import all “to define” fields for a quick completion of this step in order to save the changes and continue.
