The field mapping is used when you synchronize Swapcard with a ticket office (e. g. Eventbrite).
You will find all the questions asked in your form and can decide whether or not to import them with the corresponding Swapcard fields. You have the choice of what you want to import.
If you wish, you can import all participants of a ticket as "not visible". This can be useful, for example, if the ticket concerns the integration of your VIPs.
It is also possible to import information from your ticket office into several fields on Swapcard fields. To do this, click on the icon to the right of the Swapcard field to double the correspondence of the field concerned (see example below).
If your registration form (attende or exhibitor) allows it, it is possible to create "custom fields" in Swapcard. These fields allow you to match data from your form to fields that did not previously exist in Swapcard. These fields allow users to filter the list of attendees or exhibitors.
Custom fields must first be created before you can import the data from your form into them.
