On the Event home of the Studio, in the Event content section, you can add a new button, by clicking on Add Content.
This type of content gives access to the list of the Attendees of the event. Once configured, you will be able to choose the group(s) of Participants you wish to display. In other words, you are able to add Display Preferences and conditions included in the (Data) section, and the possibility to choose which groups of people will be able to see the button and access the content (Visibility).
Behind this button will be found be all the Speakers registered for the event. After it has been added, the specific Speakers that are displayed within this content button can be modified. You can also modify which groups will be able to view this content.
Once this button has been added, you will be able to manage the Visibility and Data of this content. Filters can also be configured to allow a detailed search, according to your event's goals and those of your Participants.
4. Live Session
This button allows your Participants to view the Session that is currently ongoing. Adding this button will create a one-click redirection to the current live Session during your event.
5. On-Demand video library
This button allows Organizers to keep past Sessions as on-demand videos. Pre-recorded Session videos in this button will be displayed without any dates, and will not be included in the event's general Schedule. You can choose to display the On-Demand Sessions as List or as Grid. If you opt for the Grid display preference, the Session's image banner will be displayed on the page.
This button gives access to the list of Exhibitors of the event. Once configured, you will be able to choose the group(s) of Exhibitors you wish to display. You will also be able to restrict its Visibility to a certain group of Attendees, through its modification parameters.
Through this button, you have the possibility to create a link towards any external page, document or floor plan, in DOC, PPT, PNG, JPG or PDF format.
You can also integrate external interactivity tools such as Slido or Beekast.
You can also select how the link will open to users. Either the link can be opened in a new tab or via an embedded iframe.
Note* if you select New Tab the website will open in a new tab. If you select Embedded Iframe, the page will appear within the platform.

9. Live Discussions
You can give your Participants the opportunity to communicate with each other on specific subjects, through a group conversation.
This button allows you to make visible on your home page a discussion already created beforehand. For more information on creating discussions, see how to create a group discussion.
11. Interactive Map
With this button, you have the possibility of integrating an interactive map of the venue for your In-person and Hybrid events.
