While attending an event, if the video in your Session is not playing correctly, please try the following troubleshooting tips to correct the issue:
- Ensure that you are using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser
- Make sure to have a strong and stable internet connection
- Clear your cache and cookies, please close and reopen your browser afterward.
- If you are using Google Chrome, you can access your settings via this link.
- Turn off any pop-up blockers and/or VPN services
- Switch to an Incognito or Private Browsing window on your browser
- If the behavior persists, please try using a different device and/or network
- If you are in an office, the video service may be blocked by your company's firewall
- If you are using a company device, there may be some blocks added by the employer
- If you are using a personal device, please try switching to a different one
- If the video in your Session displays an error message, there may be an external situation affecting it
- Please, feel free to contact the Organizer via the Help Desk or session Live Chat to inform them of this error in the Session's video.
