Create and manage personalized AI recommendations pages to enhance attendee engagement and optimize event success.

AI recommendations are a key feature designed to personalize attendee experiences by offering relevant Items, Sessions, and connections. This AI-powered matchmaking improves attendee engagement, satisfaction, and event success by continuously learning and adapting to user preferences.

Note that this feature is available on the Web Event App only.

How to manage the AI recommendations page

By default, the AI recommendations page is available for all new events.

If you wish to create another one, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Studio.

  2. Click on Event builder ➡️ Pages & Menu.

  3. Click on Create page.

  4. Choose AI recommendations.

How to manage your AI recommendations page settings

Editing the design of the AI recommendations page

Customize the design of your AI recommendations page to align with your event branding. You can modify:

  • Label: Change the page label as it appears in the event menu.

  • Color: Adjust the theme color of the page.

  • Button background image: Set a background image for buttons on the page.

  • Page background image: Select a background image for the page to enhance visual appeal.


Managing the visibility settings of your AI recommendations page

Control who can see your AI recommendations page by managing its visibility settings with Groups.

Decide which group(s) of participants can view the page.

Depending on your event's complexity, you can create different AI recommendations pages for different participant groups.

Managing the data settings of your AI recommendations page

Determine which types of matches will be displayed for the selected participant groups. You can also reorganize them to put the most relevant at the top.

Choose from:

  • Exhibitor matches: Recommend exhibitors relevant to attendee interests.

  • People matches: Suggest people connections based on attendee profiles.

  • Session matches: Offer session recommendations based on attendee preferences.

  • Item matches: Highlight items such as products or services that align with attendee interests.

Once you've created your page your attendees will be able to access it.
