Android allows you to add a short description within a limit of 80 characters.
Full description – Android and iOS
You can add a full description for your app up to 4000 characters for both Android and iOS.
App Name on stores – Android and iOS
App name on stores can be up to 30 characters long.

It is recommended to add an App Name that is up to 12 characters. If it's longer than 12 characters the name will truncate.
