The export and filtering features in Studio help you create these custom lists effortlessly. By exporting filtered lists, organizers can save time, streamline attendee management, and ensure that each group receives relevant information, enhancing overall event success.

How to export a filtered list of attendees in Studio?

How can I access and filter the people list?

In your Studio dashboard, navigate to Content > People. This page displays all individuals associated with your event, showing details such as name, email, job title, and groups.

Use the Groups filter to select specific attendee types like "Speakers," "VIP Attendees," or other categories you’ve set up.

To further refine your list, you can apply additional filters in columns like:

  • visibility,

  • email: people with or without accounts

  • registration status,

  • ticket type

  • payment

  • engagement

  • source

Note that depending on your add-ons, some filtering options may not be available.

How do I export a filtered list of people?

  • Click on the Export button located in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Select the list you wish to export by choosing between all people, select groups or abandoned registrations.
