How to access analytics reports of your event

To gain deeper insights into your event's performance beyond what's available on the Analytics Dashboard, follow these steps to access and download detailed analytics reports:

  1. Navigate to the Studio:

    • Go to the Analytics section.

    • Select Reports.

  2. Select the desired report:

    • Choose the report you need from the available list.

    • Define the date range and specific settings for the report. These settings vary depending on the type of data and features you want to analyze.

What are the report types and their contents

  1. General Reports:

    • General Metrics: Overview of key performance indicators.

    • Networking Summary: Data on interactions between attendees and exhibitors, including active user statistics and platform usage.

  2. Session Reports:

    • Session Data: Download data for all sessions or specific sessions, excluding live sessions where you have to look for the session you want to download data for.

    • Session Registrations, Attendance, and Feedback: Lists of registered attendees with scan-in/out dates, ratings, and comments.

    • Live Session Interactions: Messages and questions from live discussions.

    • Poll Answers: Results from polls conducted during sessions.

    • Video Streaming: Data on who watched the session's streaming video, including dates and durations.

    • Roundtables: Information on attendees who joined the roundtables, with dates.

  3. Marketplace Reports:

    • Exhibitor Analytics: Views, bookmarks, and interactions with exhibitor pages, ads, documents, and items.

    • Item Views and Bookmarks: Data on who viewed or bookmarked items, with the option to download data for all items, specific items, or items not linked to an exhibitor.

  4. Sponsors & Ads Reports:

    • Ad Clicks and Views: List of users who viewed or clicked on event home advertisements and advanced banner ads.

    • Event Home Sponsors: Data on users who clicked on event home sponsors.

Using these detailed analytics reports, you can:

  • Understand attendee engagement and preferences.

  • Measure the success of sessions, roundtables, and marketplace activities.

  • Optimize future events based on data-driven insights.

Accessing detailed event analytics reports helps you make informed decisions to enhance attendee engagement and improve event outcomes.
