Banner ads are a powerful tool for capturing your audience's attention and enhancing your event's visibility. They provide a prominent space to showcase advertisements at the top of your event pages, offering significant monetization opportunities for event organizers by selling ad space to exhibitors and sponsors.

  • High Visibility: Banner ads are displayed at the top of event pages, ensuring maximum exposure to attendees.

  • Monetization Opportunities: Event organizers can offer ad space to exhibitors and sponsors, creating an additional revenue stream.

  • Targeted Advertising: Customize ads to reach specific attendee groups, making the ads more relevant and effective.


How to create banner ads

  1. Go to the Studio.

  2. Click on Event Builder.

  3. Select Sponsors & Advertising.

  4. Click on "Create an ad" to create your first ad.

Customizing Your Ad

  1. Select a Banner Image: Choose images for both web and mobile views (mandatory).

  2. Choose a Redirection Option: Link the ad to an Exhibitor's page, an external URL, or opt for no redirection.

  3. Select Content Pages: Determine which event pages will display the ad.

  4. Target Specific Groups: Choose the attendee groups that should see the ad.

Once all mandatory fields are complete, click on Create the ad to save and publish your ad.


How to keep track of all the ads created for an event

On the Sponsors & Advertising main page, you can monitor the effectiveness of your ads by checking the number of views and clicks each ad receives. This helps you evaluate the performance and adjust your strategy accordingly.


How to download the banner Ads analytics report

You can access the banner ads analytics report in the Reports section of the studio.

  1. Log into the Studio

  2. Click on Analytics

  3. Click on Reports

  4. Under Sponsor & Ads you will find Ads click and views

5. Select the timeframe you wish to download reports for

6. Click on Start export

It will download an excel document with the following information:

  • People

    • Groups

    • Email

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Job title

    • Company

    • Member of

    • Mobile phone

    • Landline phone

    • Place

    • Street

    • City

    • State

    • Zip code

    • Country

    • Internal id

    • External id

  • Custom fields (List of custom fields created by the organizer)

    • Short text

    • Long text

    • Multiple texts

    • Single choice

    • Multiple choice

    • URL

    • Number

    • Date

    • Picture

  • Advertisement

    • Groups
