Introduction

Incorporating sponsor logo into your event home page is a vital strategy for maximizing revenue and driving substantial ROI for both organizers and exhibitors. By creating dedicated sections for sponsor advertisements directly on your event home page, such as banner ads and grids of logos, organizers can effectively increase sponsor visibility and monetization opportunities.

Highlighting sponsors on the home page serve as a direct channel for driving attendee traffic to exhibitor booths or external URLs, effectively converting general event engagement into targeted interactions.

Managing sponsored ads

Banner sponsor on event home page

A large banner is placed prominently on the event home page. It is best for high-visibility, single-sponsor promotion, ensuring maximum exposure.

You can edit the following information:

  • Section Title: Create a short and descriptive title.

  • Banner Image: Upload a high-resolution image that fits your branding.

  • Redirection Options: Set where the banner redirects β€” either to exhibitor profiles, external websites, or remain static without a link.

This is what it will look like during your event.

Grid of logos on event home page

The grid of logos allow you to add multiple logos on your event. It's ideal for featuring multiple sponsors simultaneously while providing individualized interaction options for each sponsor.

To create a grid of logos you have to add :

  • Section title: Add a title for the sponsor section.

  • Logos: Upload sponsor logos to display in the grid layout.

  • Redirection links: For each logo, set a different redirection option (e.g., exhibitor details, external links).

You can select different types of redirection for each sponsor.

This is what it will look like during your event.

Whether you opt for banner ads or a grid of logos, both options create valuable exposure for sponsors and help drive more interactions, both in-person at the event and through online engagement. These features are crucial for sponsors seeking meaningful returns on their investment, as they help direct attendees toward sponsor booths, websites, or specific products.
