The organizer creates locations where meetings can take place.

Categories enable to gather rooms together. It can be used for places of the same area (floor, hall, zone,...).
The meeting capacity determines the maximum number of meetings that can occur at the same time at this location.
Under "meeting settings" you will be able to manage the meeting capacity for your exhibitors. The default is 3, however you can change this at your discretion.
Note* Exhibitors, speakers and activities are not able to make any changes to any meetings settings or capacities.
