Logo of the exhibitor

Website
Social networks
Name, Description and Type handle multilingual.
If you don't have all this information, know that you can add exhibitor members who will then be able to access and modify their exhibitor page. You can now modify the rights of the exhibitor to edit their information. This option is available for either a specific group of exhibitors (exhibitor type/Sponsorship Level) or for individual exhibitors.
Exhibitor members
Once they are related to their company, the members have therefore access to their own exhibitor area. They can then edit certain pieces of information displayed on their exhibitor page, but not all of them.
To choose which information can be edited by the exhibitors, you have to edit their group's settings.
Go to Event builder.
Select the exhibitor group.
Click on Exhibitor profile and select the information you wish to make available for edition by the exhibitors in this group.
This autonomy allows exhibitors to present their brand in the best light and keep their information current throughout the event.

How to add a URL to an existing location from an Exhibitor details page:
To enable you to give the best experience to your exhibitors and attendees and making it easy for them to find their way during an event, you can add external URLs to existing exhibitors' booths (this is especially useful if you're not using MapsPeople or ExpoFP for your event map)
This means that when attendees click on the designated location, they will have the option to open a webview directly from the app and access the map on an external website.
From the Studio go to "Content" and then the "Exhibitors" section.
Select an existing Exhibitor and go to the Details tab. Under "Location" select a location or create a new one and click on the edit icon.
From the side panel under the "Location details" tab, simply paste the URL in the "Location URL" section. The URL will be automatically saved on the location detail page as well.
Once the external URL is added, attendees can click on the location on the event app from an exhibitor's detail page to open the map in a webview on both mobile and web.
This allows attendees to click on the exhibitor's booth in the event app and be directed to an external map.
By managing exhibitor details effectively, organizers maintain control over critical aspects of the event while empowering exhibitors to enhance their profiles. This collaborative approach not only streamlines the event but also elevates the attendee experience, contributing to a more successful event overall.
