Attaching documents to an exhibitor profile is a valuable feature that allows exhibitors to share important materials like brochures, product catalogs, or promotional content with event attendees. This feature enhances the visibility of the exhibitor's offerings, provides easy access to information for potential leads and offer several benefits:

How to attach a document to an exhibitor from the Studio

Attaching an existing document

  • Log into the Studio

  • In the left-hand menu, click on "Content" and then select "Exhibitors" to access the list of exhibitors for your event.

  • Choose the exhibitor profile to which you want to attach the document and navigate to the "Documents & Links" tab.

  • Search for the document you want to attach to this exhibitor.

Attaching a new document

  • Log into the Studio

  • In the left-hand menu, click on "Content" and then select "Exhibitors" to access the list of exhibitors for your event.

  • Choose the exhibitor profile to which you want to attach the document and navigate to the "Documents" tab.

  • Here, click on the "Add Document" button to begin the process of uploading your file.

  • A pop-up window will appear where you can upload a document from your computer or paste a URL link if the document is hosted online.

  • After uploading, you can add a title and description for the document. This information helps attendees understand what the document contains before they download it.

  • Click "Create Document" to attach the file to the exhibitor’s profile. The document will now be visible to attendees visiting the exhibitor’s page.
