Introduction

In today’s competitive event landscape, exhibitors need tools that streamline their lead collection and follow-up processes. Lead Qualification is a feature that helps exhibitors assess the quality of leads by gathering crucial data at the point of contact, whether during in-person events or virtual interactions via the Event app. By enabling this feature, exhibitors can define custom criteria to qualify leads in real time, speeding up post-event sales efforts and improving their return on investment (ROI).

This feature also integrates seamlessly with CRM systems, ensuring exhibitors' lead management is efficient and consistent.

Organizers can provide their exhibitors with a valuable tool that not only enhances their ability to capture qualified leads but also positively impacts their revenue and overall event satisfaction.

Find here a guide that explain to exhibitors how to create their lead qualification form.

Why Lead Qualification is essential for Exhibitors

Exhibitors need a reliable way to collect and qualify leads in real time. Swapcard’s Lead Qualification feature enables exhibitors to:

  • Capture contextualized data: Through personalized surveys, exhibitors can collect specific data points that help qualify the potential of each lead.

  • Speed up the sales process: By gathering important data at the point of interaction, exhibitors can reduce the time spent on post-event follow-up, increasing the likelihood of converting leads into sales faster.

  • Seamless CRM integration: Lead data is collected consistently with mandatory fields, which can be synchronized directly into exhibitors' CRM or marketing systems, automating the lead management process and improving efficiency.

This feature ultimately boosts the ROI for exhibitors by ensuring that lead follow-up is both timely and relevant.
