What is Exhibitor Lead Qualification

Swapcard’s Lead Qualification allows exhibitor members to better qualify their leads using a personalized survey after scanning attendee's badges during onsite events or connecting with people via the Event app.

As always, organizers are in control of the feature. You can enable or disable lead qualification at an exhibitor and group level, providing an additional opportunity for monetization.

How Lead Qualification Enhances Post-Event Sales and Revenue for Exhibitors

In today’s fast-paced market environment, the ability to capture and qualify leads efficiently is paramount for exhibitors. Swapcard's Lead Qualification feature revolutionizes this process by enabling exhibitors to capture contextualized data on the go. This functionality allows exhibitors to immediately gauge the potential of each interaction through personalized surveys filled out at the point of contact—directly after scanning an attendee's badge or connecting via the event app.

The true value of this feature lies in its integration with mandatory fields that ensure vital data is collected consistently. This allows for the seamless synchronization of leads directly into the exhibitors' marketing or CRM tools. Such integration is crucial as it saves a tremendous amount of time in the post-event follow-up process, traditionally a period fraught with delays as teams manually process and qualify leads; therefore converting leads into revenue at a much faster rate and boosting Exhibitors ROI.
