Managing an event comes with a range of challenges, and sometimes, you need expert guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly. Swapcard offers a convenient way to book online support slots, allowing you to connect with our support team for personalized assistance. This feature is designed to help you get the most out of our platform, ensuring your event is a success.

The online support slots are specific date and times arranged with by your account manager. These time slots ensure that your attendees and exhibitors can connect instantly with our support team about event-related topics.

It is a read only table accessible in your community settings.

How do I book support hours?

  1. Log into the Studio

  2. Open your community.

  3. In Settings & members you will find the support time slots.

  4. Click on "Contact support". This will put you in touch with a member of our team who will guide you through the process.

The table includes the following information:

  • Event Name

  • Type: Online support or on-site

  • Start (Date + Time)

  • End (Date + Time)

Once you've been allocated support time by your account manager you can go ahead and book.

After selecting your date and time, and providing the necessary details, confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a link to join the online support session.
