It is interesting and useful for your participants to attach documents to certain exhibitors or partners: brochures, sales brochures, flyers, etc.
Attaching Documents on the Event Studio:
1) Attach an existing document
- Go to "Event Data > Exhibitors" and display the exhibitor file of your choice.
Click on the 4th tab (Documents) and search for the document you want to attach to this exhibitor. There you go!
2) Attach a new document
- Go to "Event Data > Exhibitors" and display the exhibitor file of your choice.
- Click on the 4th tab (Documents) and click on "Create new."
- Import the document and there you go!
Attaching documents On the Exhibitor Center:
If you are an exhibitor booth member, you can add the documents yourself. You can add them under "Company Profile > Documents."
