Figma File for Visual Editing and Easy Export

To edit and export your images easily, please use the linked Figma file provided. This tool allows you to customize the design templates to match your event's unique branding and style.

1. Download the Figma template

If you're using the Figma Desktop app, simply double-click the file to open it.

If you're using the Figma Web app, you'll need to import the file,follow these steps to import a file:

  • Navigate to the Drafts section in the left panel.

  • Click on the New File button in the top right corner of your screen.

  • Select the file from your computer.

  • Once the file is uploaded, click on it to open.

2. Customize the visuals

Click the “Edit Visual” button on each page to tailor the design to your needs.

Remove unnecessary layers and craft your unique visual.

3. Preview your designs

Once your visual is customized, click the “Back to Preview” button.

Review your visual on both desktop and mobile views before moving to the next one.

4. Export your images

Once all visuals are prepared, proceed to the final step to export your designs.

Click the Export button, directing you to the ✏️Visuals page.

On this page, navigate to File at the top left of your screen, then select Export…

A dialog box will appear showcasing all the visuals you've prepared.

Click Export or choose specific visuals if needed before finalizing.
